Deliveries can be made only to physical home or business addresses. Please note that the courier does not accept packages addressed to post office addresses and these packages are not covered by shipping insurance. In the case where the shipping address is a post office box address, Beautygems.com does not take any responsibility for delays, lost packages or address correction charges. For orders that need to be delivered to a destination other than the billing address, please make sure that your credit card or financing company has this alternate shipping address on file so that it will not cause a delay in processing your order.
For your security, the shipping and billing address information cannot be changed after placing an order. If you will not be available at the provided address at the scheduled delivery time, please contact our customer support services to check the possibility of holding the shipment and postpone it to a further date.
