Your order will be delivered by Fedex,UPS or DHL. Delivery time may vary depending on your address location. You will be notified when your package leaves our premises and a tracking number will be sent to the email address that you provided during your purchase. All our packages are insured during transit. Please make sure that you will be available to accept your package at the time of delivery. Beautygems.com does not take any responsibility for lost or stolen packages after delivery. If your package has been returned to the dispatcher due to unavailability, Beautygems.com reserves the right to charge the customer for the re-delivery costs.
If you have not received a tracking number, please check your spam/junk folder as well. If you don’t know your tracking number or if the status for delivery has not changed for several days on the carrier’s website, please contact our customer support team so that they can look into the matter for you. In case of any problems, Beautygems.com will be in contact with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly and with as little inconvenience to you as possible.
Please check your parcel before you accept the delivery. If your package has been damaged in transit, reject the receipt of it and file a claim with the carrier immediately.
